Featuring Paul’s custom made love seat from the 1960’s. Purchased locally from his daughter. This set also features an authentic Mersman hexagonal end table, vintage Steiffel lamp with original shade, multiple blonde MCM tables, and a pair of tufted barrel back cane chairs with emerald upholstery.
Highlights from this collection include; A 1970’s Victorian Revival Highback Loveseat, an iconic 1970’s wicker Peacock chair, two pristine 1960’s Howard Kron Texas Inc. lamps (both with original shades), vintage barrel back cane chair, and a 1970’s victorian revival chippendale chair with intricate needlepoint work.
Highlights from this collection include; Grandma Virgil’s Hollywood Regency Revival Couch with original upholstery (Purchased locally from her daughter), matching Hollywood Regency Revival blown amber glass lamps, and a genuine 1880’s Haywood-Wakefield platform rocking chair with 1970’s upholstery.

Deposits and Fees
A 50% downpayment is required to secure the selected furniture for your date. Remaining payment is due 90 days BEFORE drop off time and date.
A $500 Damage Deposit is due with down payment. If any items are stained beyond cleaning or damaged, the $500 will be kept to cover lost or incurred damages. If furniture can be fully cleaned with standard cleaning you will receive your $500 Damage Deposit back.
Cancellations made within four (4) weeks of scheduling will receive a full refund. (Only applies to bookings made for the following year)
Cancellations made 90 Days Before Event will receive $500 damage fee refund, while 50% of rental fee is retained.
Cancellations made 31-90 Days before Event will receive $500 damage fee refund while 100% of rental fee is retained.
Cancellations made within 30 days of Event will not receive a refund. 100% of rental fee is retained and the $500 damage deposit is retained.
Cleaning & Sanitizing
Between each rental, all pieces are cleaned and disinfected. To help preserve the vintage upholstery, we borrow from the world of theatrical costuming; alcohol and water is spritzed onto the fabric to clean, disinfect, and remove odors. Any hard surfaces are dusted and wiped down with disinfectant. Rugs will be vacuumed and spot cleaned.
