Cancellations made within four (4) weeks of scheduling will receive a full refund. (Only applies to bookings made for the following year)
Cancellations made 90 Days Before Event will receive $500 damage fee refund, while 50% of rental fee is retained.
Cancellations made 31-90 Days before Event will receive $500 damage fee refund while 100% of rental fee is retained.
Cancellations made within 30 days of Event will not receive a refund. 100% of rental fee is retained and the $500 damage deposit is retained.
